I loved the location of this hotel. It's in a busy part of the city, but tucked away on a quieter street. The staff was consistently helpful and provided great customer service. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle for tea. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool with its great view and the happy hour prices at the poolside bar.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The pool on the 8th floor was stunning and provided a great way to relax and unwind. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist us with any needs or recommendations, and even helped us book tours and sightseeing activities. The location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants, and within easy reach of public transportation. The complementary tuk-tuk service was a great bonus, making it convenient to explore the city.

The location was very accessible, with a short walk to the river boat and BTS stations. The hotel also offered a free tuk tuk service to get us to the BTS faster. The pool was small but sufficient for our needs, and the pool deck offered great views of the skyline. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff even accommodated us by bringing breakfast to the pool deck when we overslept. We also enjoyed the massage service in our room, which was decent value for money. a great experience.

The free tuk tuk service to Terminal 21 mall was convenient, and we enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop bar and pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The proximity to a water taxi stop is a big advantage, as it provides a hassle-free option to avoid the city's notorious traffic. The rooms are described as immaculate and quiet, providing a peaceful stay after a long day of exploring. The breakfast options are plentiful and satisfying, giving guests a great start to their day.

One negative aspect is the delay in room readiness upon arrival, with one room not being ready until 6pm.

The hotel is well-located, just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away from major transportation options and a vibrant nightlife area. the rooftop pool and bar area provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The room layout was a bit awkward, with a fogged glass wall between the shower and the bed, which didn't offer much privacy. the food at the restaurant was good, but nothing exceptional.

Modern decor, themed rooms, beautiful bathrooms, incredible city view from top floor pool and library, 24-hour gym, delicious breakfast buffet.
